Before setting up Première Ligne in 2013, Romain worked for two law firms with a focus in business and real estate law, including HB & Associés.

Since taking his oath in 2001, Romain has developed a particular expertise in commercial leases, both in the judicial field and in legal transactions.

Romain works with national and international brands as well as independent retailers and franchisees.
